Drone Photos

I am excited to announce that I now offer aerial photography. As a licensed drone pilot, I am permitted by the FAA to take aerial photos of your listing. This service is particularly useful for showcasing a property's size and proximity to points of interest such as beaches, parks, etc. Drone photos are subject to FAA approval and favorable weather conditions. Because of this, drone shoots may not be available in all locations or may need to be scheduled separately from your real estate shoot. (Please note that unlicensed drone operation for real estate photography is illegal and can result in hefty fines by the FAA.)
